Your first session happens before your cleanse begins. I will review your 52-page guide, teach you how to use your essential oil cleanse relief kit, and make sure you're prepared for success! Together we will develop clearly defined goals for your cleanse and have your emotional & mental state set up for SUCCESS!
Your second session can be scheduled anytime during Phase 2. This check-in will be a time you can ask questions and advice, stay tuned into your goals, and have my undivided attention and support.
Your final session will review your plan for reintroduction of potential food intolerances or sensitivities. We will review your journal entries and make a future plan for post-cleanse habits and behaviors.
